Not necessarily, if you are changing the structure or roof line of your home we will guide you through the people you need to engage with. Alternatively, if you are modifying your existing home we will plan it with you on consultation.

Each renovation and project is different. On signing the contract, we itemise and include Actual Work Days, Inclement Wet Days, Non – Work Days & Public Holidays and Annual Leave Holidays so it gives you a finishing time.

Generally, a bathroom renovation takes between 2-3 weeks. This is dependent on the size of the bathroom as well as the scope of the work. Absolutely. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean workspace and ensure a tidy up is done after every working day. We install flooring protection to areas surrounding the bathroom to ensure no damage is done to your home. During the renovation process there may be an increase of dust, however, to reduce this we implement exhaust fans and complete a vacuum at the end of each day.
